The replenishment module indicates the level of inventory using color codes. The user can set the inventory targets and the system will help the user prioritize which items should be ordered/ produced faster and recommends quantities for replenishment.
Top of Red, Yellow and Green: This will help the user understand how much more numbers is required to reach the top of green, yellow and red. The software will calculate this data from the current inventory, target inventory and also the items already issued.
Red, Yellow, Green, and Black, White trend: The trend of black, red, yellow, green and while items are recorded in the system and are displayed using a trend chart. This feature helps the user identify chronic bottleneck areas and take further action like adding capacity and allocating more resources etc.
